Delivery Time

**GROUND - Free for orders over $75.00. $5.00 for orders under $75.00(Lower 48 States Only). Allow 5-8 business days for delivery.

**Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is a charge of $15.00. Allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery.

**Priority - $20.00 -Delivered within 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

**Next Day Air -Call -Delivered the next business day after it is shipped. Next  Day Air shipments must be sent to the same address that your credit card is billed to. Due to volatility in overnight shipping rates, Express shipping must be requested by phone and will be quoted at time of order, based on current rates.

International Shipping

We ship only to the United States and US military installations. There are no exceptions to this policy.


Delivery and Address Information

We need a physical address. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes. We also need a valid e-mail address with your order. We will NEVER give this to anyone


Sales Tax

Those using a Florida Address must pay 6.5% sales tax. Any orders with an address outside the state of Florida are tax exempt.


Sizing

Order your regular US shoe size unless otherwise noted.


Returns

Shoes purchased on our web site may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange if they are unworn and in original packing. Shoes found to be defective will be considered according to the manufacturer's specifications. Please ship the original shoe box inside another box.

Please include the following information in the box with the shoes you are returning:

  • Transaction number (your last name will do if this is not known)
  • Brand, style, color and size you are returning
  • Whether you want a refund or an exchange
  • If you want an exchange, please tell us the specific brand, style, color and size you want us to ship you. (not including this information will lead to delays in processing)
  • Please include any other information you wish to include but please be brief and specific.

If you wish to avoid the travel time on your exchange, you can place a separate order and send the qualifying item you have back for a refund.

How we handle your return:

Please attain a tracking number from the carrier when you send the return to us. We are not responsible for lost packages and our customer service agents do not have a record of the date your return arrived at our warehouse.

Refunds will be posted within 10 business days of the date we receive your return. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your statement. This is beyond our control. We will post the credit in the time period we promised, provided instructions have been followed and we are able to cross reference your return to your order.

Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days. All notifications regarding returns will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied with your original order. We are unable to add new e-mail addresses once your order has been placed and processed. This is a security measure.

We have literally hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers in our database, customers whom return to shop with us over and over again. We will NEVER give, sell, lease, trade or otherwise distribute information on our customers to any third party. The only mail you will get as a result of giving us your email address is the newsletter if you have subscribed to it or a reply to any questions you email us. We are not about to tarnish our outstanding reputation with our customers by sending junk mail or letting others send you junk mail. We all get enough junk mail, both e-mail and snail mail.
